How Blip Away works
Blip Away combines AI-assisted planning with human-reviewed booking support. The AI helps you shape the trip; a real travel advisor checks the details that matter before anything is booked. Here's the whole journey, honestly described.
The journey, step by step
Step 1
Start with your idea
Tell Blip Away a destination, a mood, or almost nothing at all. You can begin without an account — the planner asks the highest-value questions and builds a structured trip brief around your answers.
Step 2
Shape the plan with AI
The AI drafts route options and a day-by-day plan with assumptions, warnings and planning estimates clearly labelled. You can reroute one part without replacing the whole journey, and every draft is an editable suggestion — never a booking.
Step 3
Request an expert review
When the plan feels right, you send it for human review. This is a request, not a purchase: an advisor picks it up and checks real options, current pricing, availability and the conditions that apply to your dates and travellers.
Step 4
Receive a written quote
Your advisor contacts you and sends a written quote. Applicable charges, inclusions, exclusions and conditions are stated clearly in that quote — so you can see exactly what you're agreeing to before you agree to anything.
Step 5
Approve, then it's booked
Booking follows your explicit approval and payment through the agreed process. A draft, estimate, request or payment acknowledgement is not a booking confirmation. Your advisor provides an explicit booking confirmation once the arrangements are confirmed.
How to read our labels
- AI draft — generated by the planner as a starting point. Editable, unverified, never a booking.
- Planning estimate — an illustrative figure for budgeting, built from stated assumptions. Not a live price.
- Advisor review required — anything that must be checked by a human before it can be relied on: prices, availability, conditions, requirements.
If something on Blip Away ever looks like a confirmed price or a confirmed booking without an advisor's written confirmation, it isn't one.
Keep planning
Turn this into your trip
Start a plan shaped around your dates and travellers, or ask a Blip Away advisor to check real options, prices and availability and send a written quote. Nothing is booked until you approve it.
